Meridian Industrial

How a 120-rep industrial supplier went from 14-day-stale pipeline to same-day, and let Aida handle the follow-ups.

The challenge

Meridian's 120 field reps cover industrial sites across three states, often with patchy connectivity. Their legacy CRM was a window onto SAP — when SAP was slow, the floor stalled, and reps gave up logging visits. Pipeline data ran two weeks stale, so forecasts were guesswork.

The solution

Meridian rolled out Florix to the whole field team in six weeks:

  • Offline-first meant reps could work every site, signal or not.
  • Aida built each rep's week and auto-sent low-risk follow-ups.
  • The SAP adapter kept pricing and stock flowing even during SAP maintenance windows.

The results

Within a quarter, visit completion climbed from 50% to 90%, and pipeline freshness went from 14 days to same-day. Aida now drafts the majority of follow-ups, and more than half send without edits.

The system stopped competing with selling. That's the whole game.

My reps actually update the CRM now — because they barely have to. For the first time my pipeline is current.
