Senior Mobile Engineer

About the role

Florix lives in the rep's pocket. You'll own the parts of the mobile app that make "offline is the contract" true — the local outbox, conflict-free reconcile, and an interface that works one-thumbed at a customer's door.

What you'll do

• Build and harden the offline outbox and sync engine.
• Design conflict-free reconcile strategies with a clear audit trail.
• Obsess over performance and battery on real-world devices.

What we're looking for

• Deep experience shipping production mobile apps (Flutter a plus).
• A track record with offline-first / sync-heavy systems.
• Care for the craft: the details reps feel every day.
