About the role
Aida is a first-class user of Florix, with its own audit trail. You'll build the systems that plan a rep's week, nudge in the moment, and draft then send follow-ups — balancing autonomy with trust.
What you'll do
- Build planning and risk-tiering for auto-sent actions.
- Design the human-in-the-loop approval and audit experience.
- Measure and lift plan-accept and draft-send rates.
What we're looking for
- Experience shipping LLM-backed product features in production.
- A bias for evaluation: you measure quality, not vibes.
- Comfort owning a feature end-to-end, from prompt to UI.
